Property Management Services
I understand the importance of even the simplest issue reported by your tenant. I can usually address the urgency of one off issues many trades people will not take on. Leaky faucet, garbage disposal stop working, toilet running, door lock need replacement, need to update smoke/CO2 detectors? Now you've Got a Guy!

6 month home tune up
Beyond standard home services items, I provide a thorough 6 month Home Tune up (not an exhaustive list)
I'll address common, semi annual maintenance items that will keep your home running in top shape!
Replace lightbulbs, update to LED
Replace furnace filter
Clean out bathroom fans
Replace smoke detector batteries/upgrade to CO2 if needed
Clean out dryer vent
Clean out Washing machine/Dishwasher and run clean cycle with specialized cleaner
Clean out shower drains
Clear moss/debris from roof/gutters and soft wash chemical treatment after (lower pitch roofs only)
Lubricate door hinges to prevent squeaking
Lubricate garage door tracks
Basic carpet shampoo (moving basic furniture only)

I'm retired from tech after 28 years, I’ve raised 3 boys at our house in Redmond, with my wife of 30 years. Now I enjoy my time traveling snow skiing in the winter and spending time on the lake all summer. I'm now looking to help neighbors with common household projects. I’ve spent my whole life with a high “figure it out” factor. I enjoy helping others with some of their most common issues around the house, and am able to charge much less than the big companies.
